The hotel rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and even came with 4-poster beds and a lovely bottle of sherry to enjoy. While benefiting from future refurbishments, the service was exceptional with attentive and warm staff always ready to assist. The location, just outside Westport, offered amazing views and easy access to the town. The dining experience was delightful, although spa appointments needed prior booking. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay.
The hotel rooms were amazing, so clean and huge, with a spotlessly clean bathroom and all the necessary amenities. However, the check-in time of 4 pm led to guests waiting around reception. The service was attentive and personalized, though some room service leftovers were not promptly cleared. The location just outside Westport was relaxing, with lovely thermal suites and facilities. The dining experience was delicious, but booking spa appointments in advance is recommended. Overall, a great stay with some minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was out of this world with everything I could wish for. The rooms were huge and included a king-sized double bed, a separate single bed, two good-sized desks with plenty of sockets, a comfortable and large sofa, and an armchair with a footrest. The pool and multiple sauna rooms added to the fantastic experience. Although service was not perfect initially, after a conversation with a manager, everything turned around and became top-notch. The location was splendid, offering a relaxing atmosphere with all the thermal suites and overlooking the majestic Croagh Patrick Mountain and other beautiful islands. The dining experience was good overall, but there were some slight issues with service and extra charges. The facilities were great, especially the pool and wellness center.
